Help Needed Please

yeah I entered the keys manually to get bev back up on the 24th but here recently they have new files to fix the freezing and to bring the charlie back up and I was wondering how do I get it to work cause it seems to not work after I scanned the channels with the new file, it keeps auto rolling. could someone please help me with this, much appreciated.

sure just call your magician King he can read your mind as to were your pointing stb which sat antennae settings what sat reciever and the color of your eyes

yeah I have a viewsat ultra and have the settings correct because I have had it working but I am not sure how to get it back up cause when I typed in the keys manually I saved it and it worked for awhile but went down again and I used the new file but it just keeps auto rolling.

nevermind I fixed it I had to do several factory defaults to get it back but it's working now.
