i need to know where i can get the holder that connects from pipe to dish with ajusting bult.

do you know what manufacturer the dish is? a lot of them are out of business and it may be hard to find a mount. Might be easier for you to take a drive out in the country and ask a farmer if hes not using his cband dish anymore and a lot of the time they will just give them to you. Also you can do a google search for cband polar mount.
