| How to CLONE one X-5 to another X-5 By Palobueno! Instructions: Want to CLONE from one X-5 to another X-5..It easy.. Connect the two receivers together using the supplied null cable. Make sure that the unit that you want to clone to is turned off. Turn on the unit that you want to clone from..Open the menu.. Go to Installation, then scroll to Transmitting Data...If you just want to transfer the bin..scroll to transmitt software..If just the channels, transmitting channels..for both Transmitting ALL. The next screen will say Power on target receiver after press OK.. This means do not turn on the other receiver until after you have pressed OK..unit will then say transmitting data... Now turn on the unit to you want to program to.. Data will start to transfer and will show a count on the LED as the data is being uploaded. The sending receiver screen will show the percentage of data that has transferred. The receiving data unit will say on the LED. ERASE first, then counting #'s...Do NOT interupt this process as unit can be damaged by doing so. When the data has transfered..the cloned unit will say END on the LED. Turn Unit off and unplug the cables. NOTE: If you have reinstalled the Factory Bin 3.24NT, in order to upload a new bin into the clone, the loading procedure may have changed. You may now have to start the data transfer, then turn on the switch in the back to start the data transfer (like a viewsat), instead of the normal way to load a bin. Greetings................. |
